HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), alternates between short intense periods of anaerobic exercise and recovery periods. Time efficient, intense and challenging HIIT is a champion fat burner. Pushing the anaerobic boundaries it promotes a healthier heart, improved glucose metabolism and has prolonged effect on your metabolism post workout.

ACTIVE RECOVERY

Low intensity swimming, walking and yoga helping to rid muscles of lactic acid, aiding repair from high intensity sessions and diminishing fatigue. Fundamentally aiming to speed up recovery allowing you to give your maximum the following day.
